PRIVACY NOTICE issued by ALTUMWARE, SC (hereinafter "ALTUMWARE") in accordance with the provisions of articles 3 fraction I, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 36 and other relative and applicable articles of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter LFPDPPP) and its Regulations (RLFPDPPP).

Likewise, you or your representee shall be responsible for the data of your employees delivered to ALTUMWARE to be processed under the terms of this notice.
REGARDING EMPLOYEES AND JOB CANDIDATES:
As an employee, you must subject yourself to the rules established in this PRIVACY NOTICE, the LFPDPPP, and the RLFPDPPP, in the processing of data owned by ALTUMWARE'S customers whose transfer or assignment was indispensable for the contracting of your services.
OPTIONS AND MEANS OFFERED BY ALTUMWARE TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
The confidentiality of your data is guaranteed and protected by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access, or unauthorized disclosure. Only authorized persons will have access to your personal data.
MEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION (ARCO RIGHTS) OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
You have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding your personal data at any time. The procedure to exercise this right is established in CHAPTER IV of the LFPDPPP. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
We inform you that your personal data may be processed directly or indirectly by ALTUMWARE. By providing or allowing the collection of your data and/or signing contracts or documents establishing a legal relationship with ALTUMWARE, you consent to its processing and transfer both within and outside the country. You understand it may be processed by subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, authorized distributors, business partners, and/or third-party service providers with whom there is a legal relationship, as well as by competent authorities. Except in cases provided for in articles 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP, which do not require the owner's consent, if you do not manifest opposition, it will be understood that you have granted consent.

- Prior to formalizing a contract for a product or service required by ALTUMWARE, your data will be used to conduct an analysis for legal certainty regarding the viability and correct legal forms for contracts, agreements, and other necessary acts; as well as to analyze whether you, as a supplier, meet the legal, economic, infrastructure, and personnel requirements to fulfill possible obligations in providing services required by ALTUMWARE.
- In case of formalizing the acceptance of a product or service required by ALTUMWARE, your data will be used to fulfill obligations arising from that legal relationship and to comply with tax provisions for issuing tax receipts.
- Prepare, project, coordinate, supervise, and audit work involving the provision of services and products contracted with ALTUMWARE.
- Inform you of indispensable changes over time.
- Communicate our needs for products and services.
- Evaluate the quality of service received and communicate complaints and clarifications.
- Maintain updated records for proper communication, invitations to events, and requesting warranties.
